CELL-SUFFICIENT — In terms of numbers: Our human body consists of about 30 trillion human cells and alongside almost 40 trillion bacterial cells.

While humans have roughly 20,000 genes (of which we only understand the role of about 30% of them), the microorganisms (bacterial cells) that also inhabit our body possess at least 2 million and up to 20 million genes, and they play a crucial role in regulating digestion, supporting immunity, and maintaining overall human health.

Each of us is a ‘Universe’ for a massive population that never has any concept of what we actually are… which is the best metaphor for explaining why we can never understand what God truly`is (assuming there is One …and if Hermes Trismegistus’ idea: ‘as above so below’ holds… then why would there not be?!) 🙂
