Not so much the quantity as the quality of what you eat is the nub of it. Of course eating very little (if less than normal and providing less calories than you burn) will in most instances result in weight loss. But if you eat poor quality food, providing inadequate nutrition, you wil simply become a ‘thinner wreck’ than you would have been if you had eaten more of that same rubbish.
You are what you eat… what else does your body have to build with?… It is not so much the point of losing weight but more the point of building health, that is important. AGS

While looking for fasting weight loss on Monday I came across your blog and post about A Hearty, Healthy, Weight Loss Breakfast — Al G Smith. I could not believe the amount of quality material that exists on this site. The site is extremely eye catching and pulls the reader straight it, the articles are great quality and are very professionally written. I have seen too many of these sites where it looks like they pay an 8 year old to do the writing – Not this one. Your site is easily the best that I have seen in a long while.
